This information text has been prepared by MLP Health Services Inc., acting as the data controller, and all its affiliates, other units, and hospitals ("MLPCARE") in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the Regulation on Personal Health Data, the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Information Obligation, and relevant legislation.

HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED?

I. Patient Registration

According to the MLPCARE regime, when you enter any of our hospitals as a guest, for the following purposes: To register with the Hospital Information Management System ("HIS"), our guest services personnel will process your registration information, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract.
